1. Definitions

pvjbt reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts, or request additional verification documentation at any time if We suspect fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or violation of these terms.

KYC and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, pvjbt implements robust KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, driver's license)

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal Eligibility: To request a withdrawal, Your account must be fully verified through our KYC process. Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered and verified in Your name.
• Minimum and Maximum Amounts: Minimum withdrawal amounts typically start at Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction, per day, and per month based on Your account status and verification level.
• Processing Times: Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during banking business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours to process.
• Wagering Requirements: If You have active bonus funds or have not met bonus wagering requirements, Your withdrawal may be restricted until those requirements are fulfilled. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• Withdrawal to Deposit Method: For security and AML compliance purposes, withdrawals must generally be processed back to the same payment method used for deposits. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements may be made upon verification.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pvjbt offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and special promotions tied to Indonesian holidays or sporting events. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, and participation is voluntary.

General Bonus Terms

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. This may include minimum deposit amounts, specific payment methods, or account verification status.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements) before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means You must wager 30 times the bonus amount).
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Welcome Bonus Example

A typical pvjbt welcome bonus might offer "100% up to Rp 1,000,000 with 30x wagering." This means if You deposit Rp 500,000, You receive a Rp 500,000 bonus, and You must wager Rp 15,000,000 (30 x Rp 500,000) before withdrawing. • Responsible Gaming: You agree to use pvjbt services responsibly and in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy. If You feel that gambling is becoming a problem, please utilize our self-exclusion and limit-setting tools or contact support for assistance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pvjbt, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to Your use of pvjbt services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling activities
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or software errors

pvjbt provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, pvjbt's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Account Termination

pvjbt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate Your account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Creating multiple accounts or providing false information during registration
